Built for barbers

Cash tips. Card tips. Clean numbers.

Barbers run on cash and walk-ins. NeighCheck tracks cash tips, card tips, chair-rent net, and Schedule C deductions so April doesn't ambush you.

A high-cash income that the IRS expects you to report accurately is a math problem with consequences. NeighCheck separates cash from card, applies real progressive brackets, and gives you the savings jar number per cut. It's the same calculator used by stylists, tuned for the barbershop economy.

FAQ

Common questions.

Most of my tips are cash. Will this still help?
Especially. Cash income is exactly where workers under-report at tax time and panic later. NeighCheck logs cash as cash and projects tax on the full income.
Can I deduct my clippers and chair?
Schedule C deductions vary by status — most equipment, supplies, and rent are deductible for a self-employed barber. NeighCheck tracks the receipts; your tax preparer applies the deduction. The expense tracker is set up with the standard categories.
Does it work if my shop pays me W-2?
Yes. Switch the job to W-2 mode. SE tax is removed; the rest of the dashboard still works.
