Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, shift history, job profiles, expenses, mileage logs, tax setup, and any Mask you've used for community features. Cloud data is gone. We cannot bring it back.
Before you delete
- Export first. Open the app, go to Settings → Export, and save a CSV of your shifts plus the PDF year-end summary. You'll be glad you have it next April.
- Your on-device data isn't affected. Deleting your account removes cloud data. Anything stored locally on your phone remains until you uninstall.
- Your Mask goes with the account. Any posts you made under your Mask will be removed too.

Your NeighCheck account and all associated cloud data have been permanently removed. You can uninstall the app from your device whenever you're ready.
